County Precinct Three Volunteer Fire Department operates this Site from a

Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the
laws of the State of Texas as applied to agreements made and to be performed
entirely therein. Any action brought to enforce the Agreement or in connection
with this Site shall be brought in either the local, State or Federal courts in
Brazos County, Texas.
14). The Brazos County Precinct Three Volunteer
Fire Department does not allow or condone unsolicited email on our network. Our
policy strictly prohibits sending any unsolicited or bulk email. The Brazos
County Precinct Three Volunteer Fire Department will fully investigate any Spam
complaints received from legitimate sources and hold accountable those who
violate our policy. Upon receiving a Spam complaint, the Brazos County Precinct
Three Volunteer Fire Department will take all necessary actions to ensure that
the issue is resolved, up to and including termination of all services for the
